The Oyo State APC Youth League has strongly condemned the unfortunate abduction of one of the party’s respected chieftains, Ambassador Wale Oriade, who was kidnapped yesterday around 7 p.m. at his office located along Akala Express. The incident has generated deep concern within the party and across the state.
In an official statement, the Coordinator of the APC Youth League in Oyo State, Engr. Ayobami Dagilogba, called on all relevant security agencies to take immediate and decisive action to ensure the swift rescue of Ambassador Oriade. He emphasized the urgency of the situation, noting that the safety and well-being of every citizen especially community leaders who continue to serve the people must remain a top priority.
Engr. Dagilogba further expressed the Youth League’s solidarity with the family, friends, and associates of Ambassador Oriade during this distressing period. He stated that the league fully shares in their pain, anxiety, and emotional burden. While urging the public to remain calm and cooperate with security operatives, he reassured everyone that every necessary step must be taken to secure his safe return.
He concluded with a heartfelt prayer, asking Almighty God to protect Ambassador Wale Oriade wherever he may be and to ensure his safe and peaceful return to his loved ones and the APC family.
