In late August 2025, Senator Adeola embarked on a comprehensive commissioning tour across Ogun West’s five local government areas (LGAs), handing over 90 transformative projects. These initiatives span roads, schools, health centers, markets, and ICT facilities, addressing long-standing community needs and fostering economic growth.
The tour kicked off on August 26 in Ado-Odo/Ota LGA with 20 projects, including modern markets in Atan and Ijako Ota, school blocks, health centers, and road networks like Lusada–Alapoti Road (Section 2) and Iyana Ilogbo Road Phase 2. Additional highlights in this area include the Otun Ota Ultramodern Town Hall, a hub for community events, and a fully equipped ICT center at Ansarudeen High School, Ota, aimed at enhancing digital skills among students.
Other commissioned works encompass Ilogbo Road, Maltina Road, Arije Road, and several others in Ado-Odo/Ota, improving mobility for residents and businesses.
Moving to Ipokia LGA on August 28, projects included township roads in Idiroko and Agosasa, new classrooms at District High School with a library and solar-powered boreholes, health centers, and the Koko Ultramodern Market. In Yewa South LGA, over 20 projects were unveiled, such as township roads in Ilaro, multiple health centers, ultramodern markets, and ICT facilities for schools, including a block of 12 classrooms at Yewa (Egbado) College School, Ilaro.
Yewa North LGA saw commissions on August 30, featuring new township roads, the Imasayi modern market, and an ICT Centre in Ayetoro. The tour concluded in Imeko-Afon LGA on September 2, with projects like Igbo Ifa Road, Ilara–Ilashe Road (Phase 1), a new Primary Health Centre in Ilara, and an ultramodern market. By April 2025, Adeola had already completed around 300 projects in Ogun West, with the latest 90 pushing the total higher.
Empowering Communities Through Energy and Agriculture:
Beyond physical infrastructure, Adeola has prioritized reliable power supply. In November 2024, he facilitated upgrades at locations like State Hospital in Imeko and Celestial City in Imeko Afon. More recently, on his 56th birthday in August 2025, he donated 102 transformers to 435 communities and 100 Community Development Associations (CDAs) across Ogun State under the “Light Up Ogun State” initiative, warning contractors against demanding payments from beneficiaries. Adeola’s projects heavily invest in education and health. In February 2025, he drove rural development through school upgrades and health facilities.
